A quip about the cantor of Breslov (from manuscript) who traveled to Tomashpil for Shabbos Shira [the Sabbath of Song] and did not arrive there and spent Shabbos in a certain village. And since the Torah portion was Beshalach he said: "And G-d did not lead them by way of the land of Tomashpil."
